Dear Frank:

I am sure you remember the report I sent you after I returned from Japan. I was privileged to lead a deaf girl to the Lord using the principles of the SOS Soulwinning Program. Although I read, write, and speak Japanese, I don't know the Japanese deaf sign language, so a young Japanes man volunteered to interpret for me. The young lady was gloriously saved. That much you know. Well, just a few minutes ago, I received an e-mail from the Japanese deaf interpreter. He wrote in English and I will copy/paste it into this letter to you. Although his English is not as understandable as ours, I think you will understand. When he mentions "individual preaching," he is speaking of "individual personal soulwinning." He says that he took 5 people to a Christmas service and through personal soulwinning, three of them got saved. That's the power of SOs backed by the power of the Holy Spirit. Here is his letter.

We do appreciate for your coming and preaching to Japan.
And my friend was saved.

I have joyful news of our Christmas services.
I could take 5 my friends. One of them was hard-hearing and cerebral palsy. Other 3 friends were deaf.
And 3 of them were saved!!

You show me the individual preaching.
Then I realized that we should preach the gospel and do invite for decision of salvation even they came church at first.
And I could preach and ask if they accept Jesus as savior of theirselves.
How wonderful is God's works!
Would you pray for them?
To keep attendance of services and grow up spiritually.
