Email from Mzuzu, Malawi

Dear Frank,

I am writing to thank you again for introducing me to SOS International. If you remember nearly 10 years ago, I was visiting your church; in the Heart Of America to share the vision God had given me for Malawi. It was there that we met and you so kindly gave me the SOS card that leads people to salvation. The connection was the first miracle of many to occur in my life because of the small card.

As you know, I had sold my possessions and business in the USA and left my family and friends to reside in Malawi, one of the poorest countries in the world in order to share information and knowledge with people there. I had gone on my own, with faith in God that He would provide for all my needs.

There is a connection between us because of our mutual goal and zeal to see the lost won to Christ, but also because of the ONENESS of WE ARE ONE and YOU'RE SOMEONE SPECIAL. As you know, I consequently met my wonderful husband, Moffat in Malawi and together we have shared the SOS message with hundreds of people, as well as taught them leadership skills. Original living was on a dirt floor, no electricity or plumbing and now God has provided a home with a Garden and green grass with fruit trees.

We now lead one of the largest churches in the northern region of Malawi, care for orphaned children, pay for school fees, help women with education and businesses and help feed as many people as possible, both spiritually and physically. We have seen the merciful hand of God over and over.

We have experienced the power of helping people one by one - because of you sharing your zeal and generous gifts with us and so many; and your wife, Charlene helping to provide clothing for the children and funds for higher education for Moffat. This has encouraged us to help others as you have helped us. You have truly made us feel SPECIAL and now we want to share that feelingwith others.

Thank you again so much and may God continue to bless you in many ways.

Sincerely,

Rosemary Gibbons Phiri
